Stress Ball

Remember, each morning and evening of the 30 Day Challenge, write down how you're feeling in your journal and give yourself a score between 1-10, 10 being best, about how you're feeling. The goal is to see your numbers start to increase as the month progresses.

CHALLENGE ACTIVITIES

  • Watch the Challenge video (30 minutes)
  • Pick 1 or 2 Stress Reducing Techniques to try today. Then write down how you feel in your journal after each one. Repeat for the next 4 days with a new technique until you have tried all 7.
  • Write down your challenges and pick 2-3 to solve and execute on today.
  • Announce which of the 7 techniques worked for you on Facebook

In this challenge, you'll learn how to bring down the stress chemical cortisol levels in your brain.

And then I give you the challenge that you will do for the next 4 days for stress REMOVAL. Be sure to have a pen and paper handy.
