Welcome to Lesson #3!  In today's lesson, I go through which foods will give you more energy, focus and make you sharper as you age (even help prevent Alzheimer's and cancer).

And, I go through the foods that are destroying your brain cells... One of them gives you a 70% higher chance of getting Alzheimer's disease.

There is no cost for foods, and no additional time needed for this as you will only be eliminating foods from your diet.
