Download instructions and links for your meditation:

First, you will open whatever device it is that you want to download the meditation to from the email on your device.

You can bookmark that page to your favorites and just play the video that way each day.

Otherwise, you can right click on the download link and click "save as".

Usually computers and phones have factory settings and each is set to download to a certain place. Our computers are set to download to a folder called "downloads".
