The 5-Day Food-Based Fast is  a whole food fast created by us here at Simple Smart Science based on research done  by Dr. Valter Longo at the USC Longevity Institute.


 This fast essentially mimics the effect of fasting without entirely eliminating food.

During these next 5 days, you will be following a carefully constructed meal plan, that will produce similar results to the fasting. We will be here to get you set-up for success.
