You've taken the first step...so let's get started! (Remember this is all FREE!)

We’ve all heard  ”Use it or Lose it" when referring to exercise and keeping our bodies flexible and strong, 

But this saying applies not only to the health of our bodies, but very importantly to our brain health and memory. 

As children, we are learning new things all the time. Our brains are like sponges and we’re mastering new skills almost daily, whether it's learning how to brush our own teeth, learning to read and write, exploring new hobbies or learning social skills. 

As children, we challenge our brains daily and with that, new neural networks are formed and strengthened as our brains continue grow.


The older we get, the more settled we get into a routine, doing pretty much the same thing everyday.


In doing this, we are neglecting a very important pillar of brain health by not engaging our brains or really exercising that memory muscle much at all.

That's what leads us to this week! And why we are here today!

In this challenge, we are going to look at ways to apply the Brain health pillar, “Use it or Lose It” to keep our brains and memory in tip top shape.

We are going to be exploring many ways to do this through brain games, daily habits, mnemonics, meditations, and more!

What You Can Expect

This Challenge will consist of 5 days of activating your brain--everyday Monday, October 3rd through Friday, October 7th .

After you sign up, you will receive an email with more detailed instructions. 

We are going to be sending you daily brain challenges via email. These emails will consist of videos from one of our Cognitive Memory Coaches, along with directions on what action-steps to take that day. You will also be receiving a printable document to track your progress.

These challenges will range from very simple daily habits, to more challenging habits. Whether your are currently challenging your brain everyday with new habits and hobbies, or are just starting out--we still encourage you to participate in this 5 day challenge,  and track the progress on your printable document and in the Facebook group.

Our hope is that you can integrate some of these challenges into your daily life going forward to grow your brain and memory! :)

We are all each other's accountability partners and will growing out brains while moving our bodies!

Simple Smart Science's 5-Day Use it or lose it challenge

What: 5 days of using your brain and activating your brain cells!


When: Monday, October 5th through Friday, October 7th.


Why:  Our goal is to grow your brain and specifically your hippocampus, strengthen the neural networks in your brain, and increase the number of connections between brain cells allowing them to fire faster and transmit messages more efficiently. Optimizing these processes results in better memory, enhanced focused and quicker reactions.

How: You can expect daily check-ins and detailed instructions from us via email and in our Private Facebook Group We will also provide informational content, encouragement, and accountability.

What You Get: You will be receiving daily emails, a printable document to track your daily activities, a list of what you will need (all free), and education on the "why" of it all. This will be sent to you via email!
