Who's Behind The
Memory Loss Quiz?
I'm Russell Lundstrom, founder of Simple Smart Science. My family has the genetic markers for Dementia and Alzheimer's Disease which means that we have a greater than normal chance of getting this dreaded disease.
I have witnessed the devastation, heart-ache, and resulting anger that these diseases cause and, along with my sister Julia, have dedicated our lives to helping prevent this kind of life.
About three years ago, as a result of years of hundred of hours of research and with the help from many experts, I discovered that a handful of simple changes in my lifestyle can actually improve my memory, focus, and attention back to when I was a young man while possibly preventing the onset of dementia and mental disorders.
Since I made these changes, not only has my memory improved, I also have seen my overall health improve, my relationships are better, my productivity is off the charts, and my sense of well-being is like never before. So much, in fact, that we started Simple Smart Science to help more people improve their brain health
