Arrival Details & Flight Information:

• Travelers should fly in and out of Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport (OLB) (north/east end of Sardinia).
  
• Our suggestion for US flights into Olbia (OLB) is to travel via Rome or Milan, they both operate 4 - 7 direct flights daily so there are a lot of options.
• Other EU hubs are possible (with direct flights) but less frequent and often higher cost or longer layovers.

Ground Transport:

Transfer service will be provided for all attendees arriving NO MORE THAN 24 HOURS PRIOR to our retreat START DATE: May 25th. We will have your arrival information and have a service waiting at the airport to take you to Su Gologone Hotel - https://www.sugologone.it/en/ our beautiful home for the duration of the program.

Transfer service will be provided for all attendees departing on the final day of the retreat -> May 31st.

Check-in start time at the hotel is at 3 PM on the 25th:

Travelers who arrive early can have their luggage stored and enjoy the amenities on property until our evening Welcome Dinner.

Hotel accommodations are all "Deluxe" DOUBLE OCCUPANCY rooms - ONE double bed or TWO twin beds - unless you wish to pay an additional $1500 for a private room.

Retreat Conclusion:

• Saturday, May 31st
• 8:00 am - 9:00 am: Final Morning Movement, meditation and closing remarks
• 9:30 am - 10:15 am: Breakfast
• Departures to Olbia for your onwards journeys

Arranging additional room nights at Su Gologone Hotel:

If you would like to arrive before May 25th or leave after May 31st, Insider Expeditions can handle booking any early arrivals or late departures.

We have secured a special nightly group rate of €370 per room ($385 dollars as of 1/22/25) for the 'Deluxe' category so that guests do not need to change rooms when the program starts. However, if guests would prefer the Classic room we can secure them at the rate of €335 ($351.86). 

**Please Note**: As of March 10, 2025, the hotel has increased pricing for any additional pre-night rooms bookings (not the current ones already confirmed). Rates are now 420 Euro for the Deluxe. Classic will be quoted based on availability.

Travel Insurance:

We ask that you consider purchasing travel insurance, as we recommend this for all travelers on international programs. Travel insurance protects you in the unlikely event that you need to cancel a trip before departure due to unforeseen circumstances, or if you need to leave a trip early due to unforeseen circumstances.

Our preferred provider is USI Travel Insurance, which can be reviews and purchased HERE.

All travelers without citizenship from the EU or an approved county list will need to apply for an ETAIS. Although most applications are approved within minutes of submission, travelers can apply anytime leading up to the trip.

Travel Documents:

All travelers must have a VALID PASSPORT - please make sure yours will not expire before November 2025.

• Medical evacuation insurance up to $200,000 USD

• Expenses of a purely personal nature
• Costs associated with trip interruption or modification due to weather, travel conditions, political/civil disputes, medical emergencies, or other causes beyond our control
